By accessing or using the services provided by Thadathil Builders ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Thadathil Builders provides residential construction, commercial construction, renovation, and interior design services across Kerala, India. All services are subject to a separate written agreement or contract specific to your project.
Each construction or renovation project will be governed by a separate project agreement that outlines scope of work, timelines, payment schedules, materials specifications, and warranty terms. These Terms of Service supplement but do not replace individual project agreements.
All estimates and quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Final pricing is determined in the signed project agreement. Payment schedules are milestone-based and outlined in individual contracts.
We commit to delivering projects on time as specified in your project agreement. Delays caused by factors beyond our control (weather, permit delays, material shortages, client-requested changes) may extend the timeline. We will communicate any delays promptly.
All completed projects carry a 5-year structural warranty from the date of handover. This covers defects in workmanship and materials under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage from natural disasters, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
All designs, plans, and drawings created by Thadathil Builders remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the client receives a license to use the designs for their specific project.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thadathil Builders shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client under the relevant project agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.
